Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all purchases done on MMDD TECH PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable. This includes purchases by end-customers and merchants of products like 'E-invites', Makeup services, Assistant services pre- packaged services, merchant packages and many more related services.

However, when a Merchant is booked by a user, after discovering them on MMDD TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the 'Refund and cancellation'; policy will be applicable on those bookings until and unless specified by the merchant. In case the same isn't explicitly shared, we recommend for the same to be checked before booking.

Cancellation Procedure:

To initiate a cancellation, kindly send an email to [email protected]. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations via phone calls, “as a general practice.”

Cancellation Notice Period:

a) Hold up to 10% of Total Amount -- if cancelled before more than 180 days period to an event.

b) Hold up to 20% of Total Amount -- if cancelled before more than 120 days period to an event.

c) Hold up to 25% of Total Amount -- if cancelled before more than 90 days period to an event.

d) Hold up to 33% of Total Amount --if cancelled before more than 30 days period to an event.

e) No Refund If less than 30 days of an event..

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will assess it and process the refund in accordance with your contract terms or by referring to our website.
